The standard ISO definition of a cleanroom is a "room within which the number concentration of airborne particles is controlled and classified, and which is designed, constructed and operated in a manner to control the introduction, generation and retention of particles inside the room".
-
Cleanrooms are developed to create environments that protect processes from airborne contamination.
-
Each request for a cleanroom is thoroughly analyzed and custom made to suit specified requirements.
-
It can be designed as a modular structure, a mobile environment or a permanent space.
Although the majority of our cleanroom projects occur in the healthcare field,
we can also be of assistance in the following areas:
-
Agriculture
-
Data Centers
-
Education
-
Food Processing
-
High-tech / Industrial
-
Pharmaceutical
-
Security
However, we concentrate on ISO Standards 5 - 7:
Standard Class Industry
ISO 5 100 Biotechnology, Containment laboratories
ISO 6 1,000 Healthcare, Laboratories, Pharmaceutical
ISO 7 10,000 Healthcare, Laboratories, Pharmaceutical

Consulted regarding the re-design of their nanotechnology cleanroom. Their 1000 m2 cleanroom houses more than 200 items of advanced equipment that can be used to create an unlimited number of applications, and provide a variety of analyses. This makes it possible to realize excellent -interdisciplinary- research in the field of micro and nanotechnology.
